Mazda's stylish 3 model turned the most heads again this year, in a segment that, considering fuel prices, arguably attracted the most attention of all new car buyers. The true-to-'Zoom Zoom' 3 has a stranglehold in this segment when it comes to private buyers and it shows in its strength in the CN People's Choice awards. Against some real 'sippers', including Hyundai i30 diesel and Honda Civic Hybrid, the Mazda won out again. The addition of a diesel model late last year was also a plus.
