Hyundai is celebrating the success of its popular i30 small car by adding a limited edition 'Trophy' model to the 2010 line-up.

Based on the 2.0-litre petrol SX variant, i30 Trophy is available in both five-door hatch and cross wagon body style and includes a packet of additional features including 16-inch alloy wheels (including a matching full-size spare), front fog lamps, rear spoiler (hatch models only) and 'Trophy' badging.

Inside, and in addition to the generous equipment levels already seen on i30 SX, i30 Trophy adds cruise control, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and matching gear shift knob.

Safety features remain unchanged with i30 Trophy including stability control, traction control, anti-lock brakes, electronic brake-force distribution, six airbags and anti-whiplash front head restraints. All Hyundai i30 variants score a five-star ANCAP safety rating.

Available in four colours (Ceramic White, Shine Red, Vivid Blue and Hyper Silver) and backed by a five-year factory warranty, the limited edition Hyundai i30 Trophy is limited to 500 of each variant and available now.

Hyundai i30 Trophy hatch: $21,490 (m) / $23,490 (a)
Hyundai i30 Trophy wagon: $22,990 (m) / $24,990 (a)
Metallic Paint: $320
