Lexus Australia has released special edition ‘X’ packages for its IS and RX model lines.
The limited production run sees 300 Lexus IS 250 and 350 RX 350 and RX 450h models fitted with a host of added equipment, including upgraded alloy wheels, “smart key card” entry, clearance and reversing sensors, unique trim (on IS models) and 'X' badging. Each model is offered in five paint colours (Mercury Grey, Silver, Vermillion, Onyx and Metallic White Pearl).
IS 250 ‘X’ models also include satellite navigation, a reversing camera, alloy pedals and scuff plates, rear lip spoiler and semi-aniline black leather-accented trim with red highlights. It is priced from $59,990 drive-away, which Lexus says represents $6000 in added value.
RX 350 and RX 450h models also add HUD (head-up display), a leather-accented steering wheel and shift knob and protective cargo area floor mat providing customers with over $7000 of added value.
