Very well-known FIAT 131 Abarth Replica and regular class winner in WA motorsport events.

Immaculate condition, 2 owners in last 20 years. Reluctantly offered for sale, but after 4 years it’s time for a change.

Some detail includes; 2 litre motor with Lancia Delta Integrale 16V head adapted to twin 45DCOE’s, large core alloy radiator, remote oil cooler, new 5-speed gearbox, new clutch, locked diff, twin competition seats and harnesses, OMP 90mm deep dish steering wheel, Koni’s, 16x8 Simmons wheels with fresh 205/50 R Series tyres.

For the aficionados yes the Abarth body work is incorrectly applied to a 4 door body, but it’s a replica you can use, well executed, convincing, and the period graphics make this car stand out from the crowd. The body and interior also belong to one of the best early 131's around.

Room for development with the brakes and a move to fuel injection or 48DCOE’s and 200bhp, the 131 is already a reliable and proven winner with a very tractable, but conservative tune 170bhp. For the very keen this is also a 1976 complied shell, so further development towards the spec of a (1976 only) factory 131 Abarth, including a conversion to 2 doors, would secure eligibility in targa events.

This is a lot less than you would you pay for a replica Mk2 Escort RS1800 with forest guards, 5 speed gearbox, twin cam engine with 200bhp tuning potential and recent local history / success........and it's different.
