This, then, is a 1972 Jaguar E Type 5.3 lt. V12. Car # 1089 0f 1827 rhd FHC. 67000 miles. Old English White. Red leather upholstery. Original right hand drive. Australian delivery.[ of about 115] Heritage certificate authenticating ALL numbers, colour and dates. 2010 Jaguar Drivers Club gold award winning car achieving 96.13% in judging . New clutch/zero miles.New front splined hubs. New brake master and caliper pistons and booster overhaul, New clutch master and slave, New tyres, New double ended fuel pump/ Midel. Full mechanical history since 1984, Engine rebuilt at about 42000 miles by V8 Super Car engineers at BARGWANA /Colo[ racing stable] NSW and valve seats modified for premium unleaded petrol. Factory branded / Webasto sunroof in as new condition. Tool kit, jack & bag. Power steering overhauled . All settings correct to WSM tolerances. Front leather seats under seat covers from re upholstery date onwards. Described in my sale document from CUMMINS CARS NSW in 2002 as “ One of the finest S3 E Types we have ever seen”…after which 10 years of hard labour spent making it even better. Comes with Philip Porter restoration guide , parts, owners and work shop manuals.
