102193 km on the clock only.
I purchased the Renault R10 two and a 2.5 years ago. The previous owner had it for over 30 years, confirmed speaking with his son. Unfortunately, I now cannot maintain it due to back an injury, it has to go to a new home; same model was my first car. It now has 64,500 miles on the clock and not doubt on inspection you can see this is correct.
Since owning the vehicle, I have had the following work completed:
• 63680 miles R & R steering rack and fit a new steering coupling, new inner tie rod bushes, fit new rear axle boots, fit electronic ignition module, tune engine,
• 63,594 miles Full Service, engine tune, o/s/f Brake Calliper, brake system flush, Air Filter, New Spark Plugs, Oil Filter, Brake light switch
• I have also had the reverse gear selector pin in the gearbox replaced
It comes with two set of keys for original door and boot locks, 2 keys for ignition barrel which I replaced with a Kenneth Bell and a Scientific Workshop Manuals, plus a Der Franze parts catalogue. A toolkit with some original Renault spanners, spark plugs, two distributor caps one new on box. Also, a brand-new Distributor with points, plus an electronic module which can be fitted plus new coil both in their boxes. These were purchased when I could not start the car and was told I needed a new distributor. Whilst waiting for them to arrive I decided to have a look myself and found the spark plug caps, had not been set correctly, none were over 13mm and the car has not missed a beat since I gaped them. I replaced the mixture needle in the carburetor as it was running rich. Also, new timing light can be supplied.
Jobs I have not finished:
• Spotlights to be wired, full kit in clove box.
• Door and window rubbers need replacing, most can be sourced locally
• I have a set of air horns
• Reversing Camera.
