Offered for sale is a 1977 Ford F100, powered by a 460 cubic-inch big-block V8. This is a classic Australian made iconic pickup truck, manufactured at Ford’s plant in Victoria. The vehicle has undergone a comprehensive restoration which included a full chassis and body bare metal respray. Although the body and paint restoration was completed more than 10 years ago, the vehicle remains rust-free, with corrosion protection applied throughout. The truck is 2WD with a 9 inch diff and quick shift auto.
The interior has received considerable attention, with work undertaken to complement the truck’s original character and styling this includes Custom carpet and soundproofing, Front bench seat re-sprung, re-foamed and re-covered in a classic Ford-design.
The vehicle drives and sounds great with a new stainless steel 3 inch custom exhaust side pipes, power steering, halogen headlights, reverse camera, wireless Apple CarPlay and central locking.
During the restoration the engine was stripped down and fully rebuilt. I recently installed a new copper radiator. The vehicle has been rewired and I have recently installed a new heavy duty battery. I am happy to supply further information, photographs and inspections available on request. A heap of work on the truck was completed at Viking Hotrods who are award winning F100 builders.
I have loved this truck and no expense has been spared in the restoration, it has always been garaged with a cover. I have receipts and details of all the work I completed. I am happy to arrange an inspection and can supply further details and photographs of the restoration.
