Selling my much loved Mercedes-Benz 280E (W123). I’ve owned it for the past 5 years and it’s been a reliable daily driver up until earlier this year when it’s had less use since the arrival of our first child.
Rego until March 2027.
It’s done 370,000 km but still runs and drives great, a real testament to the legendary Mercedes build quality. Over the years I’ve had regular servicing, including new spark plugs, leads, distributor cap and rotor. Recent work includes replaced drive belts, reconditioned brake cylinder, replaced brake booster, replaced steering tie rods, and replaced rear shocks — so it’s mechanically in great shape.
Like any classic of this age, there’s some paint fade and light surface rust in places The air conditioning worked well last summer but just needs a regas, and the central locking also needs attention as is unlocking automatically but have to manually lock— always planned on getting it fixed but never got around to it.
A solid, stylish and comfortable classic that always turns heads!
