I am the third owner of this vehicle and have cared for and enjoyed it since 2011. For purists and driving enthusiasts, the E86 Z4 Coupe represents a pure expression of naturally aspirated, rear-wheel-drive performance built by BMW. Unlike the more common soft-top roadsters, the tin-top coupe features a stiff chassis, timeless "double-bubble" roof aerodynamics, and classic long-hood, short-deck proportions.
Powered by the N52 3.0-litre naturally aspirated inline-six engine producing 190 kW (255 hp), mated to the 6-speed manual transmission, this car offers an analog and engaging mechanical connection.

Condition, Maintenance & History
Mechanically, this car is sorted, strong, and drives very well at 126,400 km. It comes with a detailed logbook history that includes regular oil and filter changes, and the car has been garage-kept.
Because this is not a concours car, there are signs of use and some imperfections which should be expected of an almost 20-year-old car that has been loved and cared for. There are some other imperfections that have been taken into consideration in the price:
Interior Trim: There is a crack in the original poplar woodgrain dash panelling near the CD player slot.
Rearview Mirror: The auto-dimming function on the interior mirror is no longer operating correctly, and the glass is showing characteristic dark patches.
Exterior Blemish: There are some scratches and signs of a minor parking dent on the front bumper.
CD Stacker: The multi-disc changer in the center console currently ejects the cassette but no longer reads audio CDs.
Cup Holder: The cover lid on the driver's side cup holder is broken (the actuator functions as normal)
I have been completely transparent about these imperfections, and this has been fairly and reasonably taken into account in the asking price. Serious buyers only please.
