I will obtain an RWC once you are happy with the car. RWC will cost me $800 including the repairs as per mechanic's quote, and it has an expiry date. So please don't assume i have already got it, it will cost me a few more days after the inspection

My expectation on a 3-4k, 20 year old car is:
it is functional and will not put me into danger, any extra $ spent on it is a waste of money. So i only do minimum repair and services.
I hope you have the same expectation.
Im not going to negotiate before inspection as i have seen so many buyers trying to do so without a reason. This AD is on carsales for 2.5 years and i only adjust prices based on carsales recommendation. Honestly i don't really care if it can be sold or not. Selling it is just an option to me. So save your time typing.
