Selling my 2009 e93 vert- it's just sitting unused in the garage costing me a mint in rego and insurance, but will be sad to see her go.
N54 twin‑turbo
- The engine is mostly stock and unmodified and unmolested. It has not been subjected to any late‑night “I saw this on YouTube” experiments.
- Boosts smoothly, behaves itself, and generally acts like the responsible adult in this relationship.
DCT gearbox
- Crisp, quick shifts
- Makes you feel far more talented than you actually are
- Premium Sound System. Includes the legendary 6‑disc changer in the boot.
Genuinely great sound.
- Full comfort access. The doors can be locked and unlocked using comfort access on the handles (with the key in your pocket) and the windows and roof can drop using the remote.
- Exterior condition: she’s not ugly… she’s just tired. A few cosmetic imperfections
Nothing dramatic, nothing structural.
One solid weekend with polish, touch‑ups, and maybe a bit of emotional support will have it looking proper sharp.
Other notes: HPFP was replaced by the previous owner, I've replaced the radiator and a number of other 200k maintenance items. I will include all the paperwork I've not lost moving house.
Mechanically there are no issues with the car at all.
Overall- mechanically sorted and cosmetically honest. Was serviced today and will be organising a roadworthy, but happy to knock the price off if sold unregistered or BYO roady.
