Quick briefing about the Brera:
The Brera won "Most Beautiful Car in the World" and multiple design awards when it was Introduced as a concept car at the 2002 Geneva motor show. The production model started in 2005 was not far off the concept car minus the gull-wing doors. The Brera designed by Giorgetto Giugiaro and Italdesign, is a timeless masterpiece. Only few Breras were made worldwide (about 20K) and only a handful can be found with the sought after 1750 TBI engine and TI (Turismo Internazionale) trim.
So my Brera is a very rare beauty. Its also Red :-)
I believe is a collectors car but It can easily be a daily too. Especially this TBI version with very good fuel consumption.
I use this as my weekend car. Well balanced (unlike the early Breras), decent power to weight ratio, fun to drive, the turbo is fun with the six speed shift.
It's a real head turner! i've had so many compliments.
The interior, in my opinion, is one of the best looking interiors in any car. Premium materials. No boring screens -thank goodness!
Everything is stock. No changes. lights upgraded to Philips LED since the stock headlamps are shockingly bad.
Very good condition inside out. Just normal wear and light scratches etc due to age.
Imperfections to note:
Brake caliper's red paint is peeling. Need to paint the front calipers.
Small dent in rear bumper but hardly visible.
Slight gutter rash.
No other issues. Mechanically perfect.
All service history available. Maintained at Monza motors in Bayswater.
May 2026 @ 183K kms done a major service with timing belt /water pump, all accessory belts, new spark plugs etc. over $2500
September 2026 newly painted the front end of the car. Newly painted bumper, bonnet and fenders. Paint has lifetime warranty.
New Continental tires fitted less than 10K Kms ago..
183K kms done so far. Mainly regional highway mileage in Adelaide SA and Bendigo VIC
Unique matching custom VIC number plate also included.
VIC Roadworthy certificate is included which I will do after confirming sale.
