A reliable, practical Euro wagon that’s been looked after properly. Parking sensors front and rear. Regularly serviced by European specialists and recently serviced, with 145,000 km on the clock. Fuel-efficient and easy to live with day to day, very comfortable on road trips too.

Condition: Good overall. Exterior black trim is showing its age but would come up well with a trim restorer. The only real issue is the driver’s seat where the leather has worn through over time and has been patched. Perfectly functional as is – you could leave it, put on a car cover, or even swap in a new seat from a wrecker.

Thule Evo Wingbar roof racks and Thule ProRide bike carriers (two). Easily taken off and on the car in 5 minutes, fully lockable (including the bikes). The W204 series spreads itself nicely across the price range, enabling the wannabe Merc owner a look in, and offering a top end model fit for the boardroom dweller. For the environment there's a whole range of improvements that give better fuel economy and lower CO2 emissions across the board. There are subtle changes to exterior styling and a made-over interior. The now standard seven-speed auto drives the rear wheels via refined suspension that embraces the ride/handling equation like no other. Safety features are prolific, including aids unheard of in any of the competition - a bit of a tradition at MB.
