2012 BMW X5 M E70 MY12- full service history, SUPER low 97,373 KM, fantastic condition.
Up for sale is my 2012 BMW X5 M, finished in a beautiful metallic blue with a black leather interior.
The car has travelled just 97,373km and is in great condition inside and out, with minimal wear and tear. I am the second owner and have owned the car for over 10 years. It has been well cared and garaged securely throughout my ownership and comes with a full service history and books.
Registration is paid until 30 April 2027.
Performance & Engine
The X5 M is powered by BMW's 4.4-litre twin-turbo V8, producing an impressive 408kW and 680Nm of torque.
Power is sent through a 6-speed Steptronic sports automatic transmission and BMW's M all-wheel-drive system.
Despite its size, it accelerates from 0–100km/h in just 4.7 seconds and has a power-to-weight ratio of about 181.5kW per tonne.
The 680Nm of torque is available from very low in the rev range, so it feels incredibly strong without needing to work the engine hard. It's a very different driving experience to a normal X5.
M Performance & Handling
As the genuine X5 M, it gets much more than an M styling package.
It features M-tuned suspension, electronic damper control, self-levelling rear air suspension, M performance brakes, paddle shifters and BMW's performance-focused all-wheel-drive system.
It also has the factory 20-inch M wheels, including the huge Goodyear Eagle 1s in 315-width rear tyres, which give the car a great stance.
Luxury & Comfort
The black leather interior has been very well looked after and shows minimal wear for its age.
It features electric sports seats with driver memory, heated front seats, four-zone climate control, electric steering column with memory, keyless entry and push-button start.
One of my favourite features is the full panoramic glass roof, which really opens up the interior and makes the cabin feel much larger.
It also has a power-operated tailgate and plenty of room for five adults and luggage, so despite the performance, it is still a very practical family SUV.
Technology
Factory equipment includes satellite navigation, Bluetooth connectivity, USB and AUX inputs, colour multifunction display and a premium 16-speaker sound system.
It also has a reversing camera together with front and rear parking sensors, making it surprisingly easy to manoeuvre considering the size of the car.
Safety
The X5 M comes with six airbags, ABS, Brake Assist, Electronic Stability Control, Traction Control, Cornering Brake Control and Hill Descent Control.
Front and rear parking sensors and the reversing camera provide additional assistance when parking.
5 Star ANCAP safety rating is also one of the biggest selling features on this SUV.
Condition & Ownership
The metallic blue exterior presents beautifully and really suits the shape of the E70 X5 M.
The black interior is equally clean with only minimal wear and tear, with most of the wear being on the rear passenger door from my tools.
The car has travelled only 97,000km, has a full service history, and I've owned it as the second owner for more than 10 years.
Registration is also paid through until 30 April 2027.
This has been a fantastic car to own. It combines the practicality and comfort of an X5 with a 408kW twin-turbo V8, 680Nm and genuine 4.7-second 0–100km/h performance.
I'm only selling after more than 10 years of ownership, and I'd like to see it go to someone who will appreciate what these E70 X5 M's are.
