This is a lovely example of a 2013 Lancer.
This is my son's car. He is the second owner. I was the original owner.
The car was originally bought for my wife and then later sold it to my son.
He is selling the car as he has two cars, and only one parking place at his new flat.
The car is now stored in my garage.
Manual Transmission, 5 speed gear box. A complete joy to drive.
The car is packed with features.
Besides the reverse camera, reversing sensors was also added (by Mitsubishi) at the time of original purchase.
The bodywork had a paint protection layer added soon after purchase. I think this must be the reason why the paintwork is in such good condition after all these years.
The car has been maintained very well, regularly serviced. Initially by Mitsubishi, and in later years by B. Wild (of Gosford); a firm that I used, and my late father used since the 1990's for various cars in the family.
I have owned a number of Mitsubishi cars. Mitsubishi just made excellent quality cars packed with features, and always a joy to drive. My first Mitsubishi was a Sigma 2.4, followed by three Gallants, and finally two Lancers. Mitsubishi don't make sedans anymore, otherwise we both would stay with the brand.
Not everything is perfect with the car: there are blemishes/chips to the paintwork, but as you can see from the photographs, hard to notice. There is a small dent on the passenger side (on the wheel arch). The floor carpet in the driver's footwell is also slightly worn (driver's big feet - both my son's and my own), along with the worn driver's floor mat (replaceable).
Feature list includes:
- Cruise control
- Front cup holders
- USB audio input
- IPod connectivity
- Electric power assisted steering
- Front & rear power windows
- Mobile connectivity
- C.D. player (rare these days)
- ABS brakes
- Remote central locking (two keys)
- Leather steering wheel
- Power door mirrors
- Spare wheel with wheel jack
and a manual in perfect condition (I don't think either my son or I have actually read it).
