The third generation YD Cerato Hatch now joins the sedan. There's a new frugal 1.8-litre engine for the introductory S model, with a direct injection 2.0-litre for the Si and SLi. Chassis wise, there's an extra 50mm in wheelbase and 220mm in over all length over the previous offering. The interior has been extensively re-worked with decent room all round. Ride comfort is good with minimal road, wind or engine noise. Luggage space is 385-litres, plus there's the split fold rear seat. Safety features include a raft of airbags, ABS, stability/traction control for a confirmed five star ANCAP rating.
