Overview
M6 MY18 Limited Wagon 5dr Auto 9sp 4x4 2.4i Jeep's new Compass is an individual presence in the mid-size SUV segment where it competes with Mazda CX-5, Hyundai Tucson, Volkswagen Tiguan " and a heap of others. The four-model range includes front and AWD variants, and two engines: a 129kW/229Nm 2.4-litre petrol and a 125kW/350Nm 2.0-litre turbo-diesel, both linked to a nine-speed Auto gearbox. In 4x4 form, the Compass is Jeep-capable off road, and not bad on the bitumen either. The cabin is spacious, and there's a decent 438 litres of boot space, extendable by folding the rear seats. Like all Jeeps, the Compass comes with the brand's recently-extended five-year warranty.
