Overview
J116 MY25 Ultimate Wagon 5dr Spts Auto 6sp AWD 548kg 1.5T The KGM Torres mid-size SUV employs a 1.5-litre 120kW/280Nm four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine tied to an Aisin six-speed automatic transmission. There's no hybrid assistance and all-wheel drive is only available in the top-tier Ultimate. The engine's small capacity is counterbalanced by a relatively low kerb weight which helps fuel efficiency (officially 7.4L/100km) and engine response. Built in South Korea on the same platform as the Korando, it's actually bigger at 4700mm long, 1890mm wide and 1720mm tall. Visually, the 2025 KGM SsangYong Torres Adventure appears to have turned a premium corner. There's a lot to look at design wise and it's pleasing aesthetically.
