A facelifted Bentley Bentayga has been leaked online, revealing how the British car-maker plans to keep the big British luxury SUV fresh for 2020.
These first images of the updated Bentayga, posted overnight by Instagram user Wilco Blok, appear to have been lifted from an official brochure or press material.
At first glance the design updates look subtle but dig deeper and it's clear the Range Rover rival's face has received a thorough overhaul.
Up front, this involves a new headlight design that aligns the big SUV with the Continental GT coupe and new Flying Spur sedan. Meanwhile, below the new lamps, the bumper has been completely redesigned and now features a larger lower air-dam and enlarged fog light housings.
Finally, the image reveals a new alloy wheel design for the updated SUV.
The rear of the Bentley Bentayga has not been leaked but it's expected to feature a pair of reshaped LED tail-lights.
Inside, the there's a larger landscape-style infotainment screen that absorbs many of the former SUV's buttons, giving it a cleaner look.
Lifted from the Flying Spur, the new infotainment set-up, plus an updated digital instrument panel, will likely be among a raft of technical updates including an upgraded semi-autonomous cruise control system.
Under the bonnet, the flagship W12 is expected to return with no more power, but it will be cleaner. The V8, meanwhile, should carry over untouched and it's the same for the plug-in V6 hybrid.
Some are suggesting Bentley might be tempted to reintroduce the diesel version as part of the facelifted line-up, but the British car-maker has yet to comment.
There's also no indication when the refreshed Bentayga will be introduced, either in the UK or Australia.
