BMW Australia has added another two models to its growing Sport Collection, this time around giving the value-driven drive-away treatment to the entry-level BMW 118i hatch and 220i Gran Coupe.
Priced from $54,900 and $64,900 drive-away respectively, the 2024 BMW 118i Sport and 2024 BMW 220i Gran Coupe Sport build on the spec of their standard counterparts with heated front seats, a glass roof, metallic paint and black exterior trim courtesy of the M Shadowline package.
The 220i goes a step further with Sensatec upholstery, while both models comfortably undercut their donor vehicles in terms of price, especially once on the road.
No changes have been made to either mechanical package or chassis set-up, meaning the 1.5-litre turbo-triple 118i petrol engine is still good for 103kW/220Nm while the 2.0-litre turbo four-cylinder 220i outputs 141kW/280Nm.
Both models drive the front wheels via a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission.
The latest 1 Series and 2 Series Gran Coupe Sport Collection models follow the introduction of the BMW 330i Sport and BMW X3 xDrive30i Sport last year.
