The 2026 BMW iX3 has officially been priced for Australia and the first model spawned from BMW’s multi-billion Euro ‘Neue Klasse’ program will start from $110K when it arrives in the coming months.

The 2026 BMW iX3 electric SUV – a vehicle for which the German marque claims unprecedented demand – will be offered in a single 50 xDrive grade when it arrives Down Under mid-year, priced from $109,900 before on-road costs.
That figure could significantly blow out once buyers sort through the array of options on offer, which we’ll touch on in a moment.
Powering the iX3 50 xDrive is a 345kW/645Nm dual electric motor set-up, sending power to all four corners for a claimed 0-100km/h acceleration time of 4.9 seconds – top speed is capped at 210km/h.
That’s matched with a 108kWh battery pack to deliver up to a whopping 805km (WLTP) of driving range, with ultra-fast DC charging (up to 400kW) said to take 21 minutes to go from 10 to 80 per cent charge.

Maximum AC charging up to 22kW will take the battery to 100 per cent from empty in a claimed 5.5 hours.
Standard equipment includes 20-inch wheels, dual-zone climate control, a 3D head-up display, electric tailgate, a premium Harman/Kardon sound system, Digital Key Plus, M Sport package with M Sport brakes, Sports steering wheel with heating, panoramic glass roof, vehicle-to-load (V2L) capability and more.
A huge pillar-to-pillar Panoramic iDrive system also features, along with a ‘floating’ 17.9-inch central display and ‘shy tech’ controls on the steering wheel, while gaming via AirConsole, video streaming and access to apps like Zoom will also be offered.
An array of options includes an M Sport Package Pro ($3500) adding red (or blue) M Sport brakes, M seat belts and steering wheel, and M Sport front seats. The glass kidney grille is finished in M Shadowline, while the mirror caps and M-specific diffuser are finished in gloss black.

Meanwhile, those wanting to upgrade the standard-fit 20-inch M light alloy wheels, can opt for the more aerodynamic set at no extra cost, while larger 21- and 22-inch options can be had from anywhere between $2500-$7000.
Alpine White is the only no-cost exterior colour option, with all bar BMW’s Individual Frozen Space Silver hue ($6000) adding $2000 to the invoice. Several interior enhancements can also be optioned including Merino leather and a $300 BMW Individual steering wheel in white (but only if you get a Digital White interior).
You can even option a $2500 tow hitch (excludes tongue kit and power cable), for good measure, although BMW says standby for the iX3’s towing capacity and tow ball limit.
The BMW iX3 Neue Klasse will be in showrooms mid-year.
