The 2026 Honda Super-ONE will supposedly start from $38,900 drive-away when it launches in the coming months – if a recent leak is to be believed. According to a new Reddit post, Honda Australia accidently published the electric kei car’s pricing and optional extras to its public configurator.

The Finer Details
The discovery was made by user Capt_SloMo who was quick enough to snag a couple of screenshots before Honda cottoned on to the blunder.
Looking resplendent in its ‘Boost Violet’ halo colour, the Super-ONE was hard to miss in the ‘cars’ dropdown on the Honda Australia website, not to mention the big red ‘build’ button.
At this point, the game was up: the configurator proudly displayed the $38,900 drive-away starting price for the Mono Tone version and $39,400 figure of the Two Tone option.
Listed colours comprised Mono Grey, Crystal Black and Boost Violet and while we can’t see anything to do with accessories via the screenshots, the Reddit poster cites very few beyond the paint options – even though there was a link to the official brochure.
More importantly, the leak shows us exactly here the Super-ONE will slot into the market: above the BYD Atto 1 ($23,990 RRP) but beneath the Hyundai Inster ($39,000 RRP) and outbound Fiat 500e ($52,500 RRP).
For reference, the Super-ONE is powered by a 47kW electric motor and a 29.3kWh battery that combine for a WLTP range of up to 295km, with the whole vehicle only measuring 3400mm long and 1480mm wide.
The Road Ahead
Honda has since removed the Super-ONE from its configurator, but it’s entirely possible an official price and spec announcement is just days away, if not closer following the leak.
The boxy electric fun machine won’t be a volume-seller, but a sub-$40K drive-away price tag will no doubt endear it to the EV-curious, Honda diehards, key car fans and urban buyers.
