Famed Italian design firm Bertone has pulled the drapes off a new hypercar – the 2024 Bertone GB110 – which marks 110 years since the Turin-based styling house was founded.
Claimed to be the first in a series of limited-edition models, just 33 examples of the Bertone GB110 will be produced, with first deliveries expected in the second quarter of next year.
Said to draw influence from the Lancia Stratos Zero concept, the wild new hypercar includes an updated version of the striking ‘Apex Claw’ triangular side air vent used on the Lancia.

Other inspirations include both the Alfa Romeo Vat Series and the wedgy Alfa Romeo Carabo.
The GB110 features scissor doors and rear styling that includes a pair of stacked rear pipes and seven-element LED tail-lights that help emphasise its width.
There’s no word yet on what powers the GB110, but the Italian firm – which was also responsible for the 1967 Lamborghini Miura – says it produces an incredible 809kW and 1100Nm of torque.
The powertrain combines with a seven-speed transmission and all-wheel drive, and against the clock the GB110 is capable of a 0-100km/h dash of just 2.8 seconds.

It can reach 200km/h in a claimed 6.8sec and 300km/h in 14.0sec, on its way to a top speed of 380km/h.
Bertone also says the new powertrain can run on synthetic fuel derived from recycled plastic.
Ensuring it will be a match for rivals, Bertone says the GB110 will come with double-wishbone suspension all-round that’s combined by four-way adjustable dampers.
“What we are looking for is a strong acceleration and low weight for a maximum of pleasure,” said Bertone CEO Jean-Franck Ricci.

“But at the same time it’s designed for everyday use and built with ergonomics and comfort in mind.”
There’s no word yet on how much the Bertone GB110 will cost, but it’s expected to be priced around €3 million ($A4.8m).
The launch of the GB110 marks the first car styled by the Bertone since it filed for bankruptcy back in 2014.
