American actor Zac Efron is basically an Aussie now, having lived down under on the down-low for almost a year. First, it was the lockdown mullet and now he’s got himself a big ‘ol campervan.
The Highschool Musical actor has been based in South Australia filming a new Australian film called Gold.
Spotted on his Instagram this week was the same brand of luxury caravan as the Hemsworth brothers were using for their #vanlife getaway.
“Home sweet home. Thanks, @lotus_caravans #setlife #goldmovie,” Efron posted while pictured casually chilling next to the $140,000 Lotus Caravan.
Unlike the Hemsworth's caravan though, it is understood that the caravan company has lent this one out to Efron for his stay in outback SA while filming.
The caravan model is aptly named the Hollywood and is said to be their most luxurious model yet. With an oversized living area boasting Italian leather upholstery, three Samsung TVs, premium-grade benchtops and a spacious bathroom for the ultimate caravanning lifestyle experience.
The contemporary hand-built furniture, fully equipped kitchen and pillow top mattress finish off this impressive van where every detail is an exercise in extravagance.
In early 2020 rumours had been swirling as to why Efron appeared to settle in Byron Bay after he was snapped with new girlfriend local model and waitress, Vanessa Valladares. In late 2020 he was rumoured to have relocated to Sydney's Bondi Beach. Eitherway, Efron is only a few yeah nahs away from being ready for the citizenship test.
Gold is a Stan Original film about two drifters travelling through the outback that stumble across the biggest gold nugget ever found. The dream of immense wealth and greed takes hold. They hatch a plan to protect and excavate their bounty with one man leaving to secure the necessary equipment. The other man remains and must endure the harsh desert climate, preying wolves and intruders, whilst battling the creeping doubt that he has been abandoned to his own fate.
