All-new 2007 Lancer leaked

Its world premiere isn't until next month, but photographs of Mitsubishi's new Lancer are already hitting computers around the globe. Based on the "Project Global" chassis that's under the Outlander just launched here as well as Dodge's Caliber, the new Lancer's shorter and wider than the current car.

Wheels magazine has obtained leaked photos of the car and they live up to the teaser sketch that was doing the rounds of the net recently.

Mitsubishi Motors has said of the new vehicle, it brings “the dynamic lines of the show-stopping Mitsubishi Concept-X and Concept-Sportback to the showroom”.
