Aston Martin is renowned for its ultra-luxury supercars, iconic styling and a hefty price tag to match. In recent times, the British car maker has branched out into other facets of the luxury buyer’s world including luxury homes and residences.
These include Sylvan Rock private residential estate and exclusive Aston Martin Residences in Miami, which are now 97% sold out ahead of the luxury waterfront tower’s scheduled opening in 2023.
The latest collaboration sees Aston Martin team up with Japanese concierge leader VIBROA with the ? 001 Minami Aoyama, a multi-level private home in the highly desirable Omotesando area of Minami Aoyama, renowned as one of Tokyo’s foremost architectural and style centres.
Currently under construction, the home is expected to feature some high-end inclusions and design choices including an automotive gallery (the ability to view your garage from the living room), wine cellar, home cinema, gym, and a private spa. Aston Martin’s design principles can be seen reflected throughout the property which has been interpreted by a local architect.
The exterior design of the home is led by Aston Martin’s acclaimed designers, who were also responsible for the interior styling of the property as well as selecting the furniture. The four-storey home even comes with a rooftop terrace with stunning views of Tokyo.
It is scheduled for completion in November 2023. But before you get your chequebook out to place a deposit, the property has already been sold to a private buyer.
