Audi takes aim at next-gen TT

Don't write off the Shooting Brake concept unveiled at last month's Tokyo motor show. Insiders say it spills the beans on the next Audi TT.

Dopey name, offbeat styling, but don't dismiss the Audi Shooting Brake, because it's the most significant pointer yet to the shape of the second-gen TT.

Somewhat unusually for a German brand, Audi chose the recent Tokyo motor show to whip the covers off the striking pearl-white design study and announce that it's the precursor to a "sports car of the future" - an indirect admission that what you see here is the next TT.
