Australia’s biggest Show ‘n’ Shine event returns in 2023
The second edition of the nationwide instore and social media based competition will run from October 15 to November 12, 2023.The Autobarn Wax On Show Off competition is back for its second year giving Aussie car and bike lovers a chance to show off their pride and joy and to be in the draw to win big. In 2022, the competition saw thousands of motorists participate nationwide and it's set to become even bigger in 2023.
Everyone is invited to bring along their car or bike to what has now become Australia’s biggest Show ‘n’ Shine event, placing them in the running to win some fantastic prizes. Any cars or bikes, no matter the size, shape or model can be shown off in front of any of the 140 Autobarn stores across the country for a chance to win.
Entering is simple, just snap a picture of your car or bike at any Autobarn store at any time that best suits you from October 15 to November 12, then share the image on Autobarn’s Facebook page via the Wax On Show Off post pinned to the top of the page, or upload the image to Instagram using the hashtag #waxonshowoff during the four week competition period.
By sharing your car or bike images, you could be in the running to win the grand prize of $5000 to spend at any Autobarn store across the country; with minor prize packs worth a minimum of $500 each. Autobarn Gift Cards and special prize packs from Autobarn’s top-selling product suppliers will also be given away from a product prize pool worth more than $20,000.
Each image posted gains one entry for the chance to win the grand prize and to gain automatic entry into one of the sub-categories to win some Autobarn automotive products.
Entries for the Autobarn Wax on Show Off competition will be judged across several unique automotive categories. These include Offroad Warrior, Bike, Ute, Aussie, Hot Hatch, Stance, JDM, Wagon, Most Unique, Old School/Retro, Euro and Muscle.
The inaugural Autobarn Wax On Show Off Grand Prize winner was Brody Cameron whose competition entry photo was taken at Autobarn Burnie in Tasmania.
