Bentley says it will mark its participation in this year's Nurburgring N24 endurance race with a limited-edition series of 24 bespoke Continental Supersports.
All will be inspired by the three cars that will do battle this weekend, sharing their liveries and motorsport design cues -- including their bright two-tone colour schemes, although a single colour is available for a no-cost option.
As well as the paint the special-edition Contis also come with larger 21-inch black lightweight alloys that can be specified with either yellow or red accents.
Carbon-fibre mirrors, black brake callipers and all-black brightware, instead of the usual chrome, complete the external changes.
Inside, yet more carbon-fibre features, and as well as numbered kickplates there are Alcantara seats with colour accents to match the exterior. The head restraints, meanwhile, feature "Continental 24" emblems.
Under the bonnet, the motorsport-themed Bentley comes equipped with the mighty 515kW/1000Nm twin-turbo 6.0-litre W12 engine the Continental Supersports gets, but it differs from the standard car because it lurks under a new carbon-fibre engine cover and is combined with the optional titanium sports exhaust.
Bentley says that, despite the louder pipes, its large coupe is no quicker and matches the standard car's scorching 0-100km/h time of 3.5 seconds, topping out at 336km/h.
The Continental 24 is created specifically for the European market, and it's not known if any examples are destined for Down Under.
In Europe, the N24-inspired Bentley coupe goes on sale in July priced at €250,000 ($A374,000).
