Bentley Home have launched their newest range of furniture called the Newent Collection which promises to add exquisite individually hand finished craftsmanship with new technology and techniques expected from a Bentley vehicle into your living room and bedroom.
The collection of unique furniture pieces are said to draw inspiration from both long-established and modernist design, and interpret the personality and aesthetic of Bentley cars. From the silhouettes and iconic shapes of Bentley models new and old, alongside the luxurious materials that feature prominently in their car interiors, the design of Bentley Home’s furniture pieces are like having the car in your house, without needing to pay the car rego.
The furniture has been designed by Italian architect Carlo Colombo, who has also designed furniture for Bugatti. The Bentley collection features a sofa, an armchair as well as a bed.
The pieces can be either fully upholstered in your choice of Bentley inspired leather or fabric materials, and comes with Bentley’s iconic Burr Walnut or Smoked Liquidambar veneered frame.
The Bentley logo is also embroided into each furniture piece on the pillows or headboard so all your house gusts will know that these are not just any old furniture pieces you bought down at the homemaker centre.
The armchair will set you back $9,040, the sofa is $14,710. While the bed costs $11,950. Still a lot cheaper than buying an actual Bentley and it doesn't come as flat-pack so that's always a plus...
