Benz ups prices for C 63 sedan, wagon
But new coupe model under cuts two-door M3 by nearly $8000Mercedes-Benz Australia has officially announced the specifications and pricing for the 2012 C 63 AMG — including the newly-arrived coupe variant.
It's generally good news for prospective buyers; the coupe is priced at the same level as the wagon: $154,800 — $7500 below the price of BMW's M3 coupe. But at $2000 below the price of the wagon and the coupe, the popular C 63 sedan's price — $152,800 — is now nearly $4000 more than the ask for the M3 sedan.
Specifications for the C 63 AMG coupe are largely as we reported in our story six months ago, but Benz has also revealed that the two-door variant will feature combination Nappa leather, Artico and Dinamica upholstery, with piano black lacquer and aluminium decorative in the cabin.
