BMW has added two new 420i variants to the updated 4 Series range in Australia, offering buyers common options in an affordable package.
Available in Coupe and Gran Coupe form, the 420i Luxury Edition adds Comfort Access, electric/glass sunroof, metallic paint and front-seat heating to the standard specification. Both variants are priced from $74,900.
The 420i Luxury Edition models run on the same 19-inch alloy wheels as the 420i Luxury Line, and remains powered by the same 2.0-litre B48 turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine in other 420i models, producing 135kW and 270Nm. Drive is carried to the rear wheels by the eight-speed automatic transmission also standard in other 420i variants.
"The refined look and feel of the BMW 4 Series LCI has been taken a step further with the 420i Luxury Edition models," says BMW Australia CEO, Marc Werner.
"With even higher standard specification, the Luxury Editions highlight the 4 Series' restrained blend of elegance and dynamic performance."
