BMW adds to 3 coupé range

BMW has announced pricing for the upcoming 3 Series Coupé range, set to include 323i

BMW Australia has confirmed pricing for the new 325i and 335i Coupé models and says a 323i is on its way.

The 325i Coupé, with 2.5-litre straight-six engine and six-speed manual starts at $81,500 or $84,100 with the six-speed 'Steptronic' auto. The 335i with the new twin-turbo 3.0-litre six (read more here ) starts at $108,500 for the manual and $111,100 with a six-speed automatic.

The 325i Coupé's standard-fit list includes Bi-Xenon headlights, 17-inch alloy wheels, leather trim, BMW Business navigation system, six-stacker CD player, rear park assistance , sport seats with electric adjustment and memory settings for the driver, climate control, cruise control with brake function and Bluetooth mobile phone preparation. Safety equipment includes Dynamic Traction Control, DSC+ Dynamic Stability Control, CBC (Cornering Brake Control), DBC (Dynamic Brake Control) and dual front airbags, dual side airbags and head airbags front and rear.

The 335i covers the 325i's standards but gets larger front and rear brakes, sport suspension, 18-inch light alloy wheels, park assistance front and rear, BMW Professional navigation system, HiFi loudspeaker system, high-beam assist and adaptive headlights. The 335i can be ordered with steering wheel-mounted shift paddles, for $200. The 325i and 335i coupes will be available from October.

Expected late this year, the 323i will be equipped with the 2.5-litre engine -- as fitted to the 323i Sedan and Touring models launched locally in June -- and is priced from $69,900 for manual or $72,500 for auto.
