BMW has announced a new personalisation package in the works of its Z4 roadster, dubbed Pure Fusion Design.
The new feature pack adds "exclusive aesthetic appeal" to the Z4, says BMW, via unique exterior colours and a range of high-end interior fittings designed to create a memorable touchy-feely sensation.
BMW Australia expects to begin offering the new package locally from mid-year, but has not confirmed if or how much of a price premium will be attached.
Exterior changes appear to be limited to new paint work, including Sparkling Brown metallic paint for the first time on the Z4.
The interior of the Z4 Pure Fusion Design gets a similar russet finish, with saddle-brown Nappa leather covering the dash, accented with a new timber finish dubbed Fineline.
Unique sports seats are finished in ivory white 'extended premium' Nappa leather, with contrasting brown stitching to tie in the rest of the decor.
Lower parts of the dash are finished in ivory white to match the seats and door inserts and the sun visors are trimmed in black Nappa leather.
Wherever the hands fall, it seems the Z4 Pure Fusion Design has supple cow-hide ready in response, with black leather covering the top of the dashboard and the instrument cluster hood. Even the window sills are upholstered in black leather with brown folded seams.
BMW says the primo package can also be combined with the M Sport package to combine enhanced dynamics and cosmetics.
