Daniel Ricciardo’s Aston Martin V8 Vantage S Red Bull Racing Special Edition Roadster to be auctioned for charitycarsales global ambassador and Red Bull F1 driver Daniel Ricciardo will auction his personal Aston Martin V8 Vantage S Red Bull Racing Special Edition Roadster later this week for charity – and you can register to bid.
The high-performance roadster will go under the hammer this Thursday (March 22). The vehicle has been donated to the Racing for MNDi Foundation – a charity that's dedicated to funding research into the inherited form of Motor Neurone Disease (MND). Proceeds of the auction (above reserve) will be donated to charity. The auction will take place at an evening hosted by Ricciardo himself.
Kevin Wall, Regional Manager, Australia and New Zealand, Aston Martin, said: “We are proud to partner with Daniel in donating proceeds of the auction of his V8 Vantage S Red Bull Racing Special Edition Roadster to Racing for MNDi Foundation. We hope the funds donated from our upcoming auction event will help support and accelerate the Foundation’s very important work.”
The Vantage Red Bull Racing (RBR) Editions were debuted in 2017. They are the work of Aston Martin’s own personalisation service, Q by Aston Martin.
Just 17 RBR Editions units were sold in Australia, with all examples featuring Ricciardo’s signature.
