Caliber R/T arrives
Dodge Caliber range is joined by R/T modelThe Dodge Caliber range in Australia now includes the 2.4-litre R/T model.
The R/T's 2.4-litre petrol engine is rated at 125kW and 220Nm and mated to a five-speed manual transmission.
The Caliber R/T has Electronic Stability Program, traction control and brake assist, 18-inch alloy wheels, cloth seats with colour inserts, a bright exhaust tip and chrome body details as standard.
The features are in addition to the Caliber's standard fit list which includes dual front and side-curtain air bags, four-wheel disc brakes with ABS, keyless entry with engine immobiliser, security alarm, central locking, air-conditioning, CD stereo, power folding heated exterior mirrors and 60/40 split rear seats that fold flat.
The Dodge Caliber R/T is available from Chrysler Group dealerships, starting at $29,990. A 2.0-litre diesel engine Caliber will also join the line-up late this year.
