Fresh from announcing its new pricing structure in March, Australia’s new Citroen distributor Sime Darby has now announced a drive-away price of just $25,990 for its entry-level C4 diesel hatchback.
Previously priced at $27,990 plus on-road costs, the C4 Seduction 1.6 e-HDi Diesel EGS is effectively now about $5000 cheaper to own – but only until June 30 or while stocks last.
There are no changes to specifications, which continue to include a 1.6-litre turbo-diesel engine matched with Citroen’s automated-manual Electronic Gearbox System (EGS) and fuel-saving idle-stop system.
The result is fuel consumption of just 4.4L/100km and CO2 emissions of only 114g/km.
Standard safety gear continues to include six airbags, stability/traction control, anti-lock brakes, electronic brake-force distribution and emergency braking assistance.
