Citroen drops prices

Citroen says sales in are so good in Australia the company can afford to drop prices

The French car maker has dropped the price on two key versions in the Citroën C2 and C3, and offers a new entry level price for a limited time for the stylish C4 Coupe VTR.

"Our French colleagues use a simple equation: the more cars we sell, the better our pricing," explains Miles Williams, General Manager for Citroën in Australia.

"With a 26 per cent rise in Australian sales so far this year and we have generated some serious cost savings that we are now passing onto Citroën buyers."

The entry level Citroën C3 is now available for a recommended retail price of $17,990; a saving of $2000. The sporty Citroën C2 is now available fully equipped for $21,990, while the Citroën C4 Coupe now opens at $23,990 -- a saving of $2000 -- for a limited time.
