Audi Australia has introduced a trio of new special editions to the bottom end of its local portfolio, specifically the A1, Q2 and Q3 line-ups.
Starting with the former, the 2025 Audi A1 35 TFSI S Line Edition starts from $41,800 plus on-roads and is pitched as the ultimate expression of the current generation hatch with some $7000 worth of equipment being added for an extra $2600.
The new appointments comprise an S Line body kit, metallic paint, black exterior styling package, unique black 17-inch alloys, full LED exterior lighting and sport front seats, with heated seats, ambient lighting and dual-zone climate control available via the $1000 Comfort Package.
No changes have been made to the 1.5-litre four-cylinder turbo-petrol engine under the bonnet or the seven-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission it drives the front wheels through.
The above combination largely sets the tone for the other new additions.
The 2025 Audi Q2 35 TFSI S Line Edition ($50,900) for instance also nabs an S Line exterior, metallic paint, comprehensive black exterior treatment, black alloys (19-inch), body-coloured cladding and S Line badging for an extra $1500 over the standard version.
Those wanting more can spend $2100 on the Comfort Package and receive heated front seats, an auto-dimming interior mirror, heated and folding wing mirrors, privacy glass, a 180W Audi sound system and Park Assist.
Again, no changes have been made to the 1.5-litre powertrain.
Unsurprisingly the 2025 Audi Q3 35 TFSI S Line Edition is being offered in both SUV ($58,500) and Sportback ($62,000) forms, adding $5000 and $3500 worth of value respectively – the standard Sportback already has the S Line exterior fitted.
Both versions roll on 20-spoke 19-inch alloys, score metallic and pearlescent paint finishes, body-coloured cladding and the extended black exterior package – the standard 1.4-litre turbo-petrol powertrain (110kW/250Nm) has been left untouched.
“The S Line Editions represent tremendous added value for customers looking at these already outstanding models in the small, luxury segment,” Audi Australia Director Jeff Mannering said.
