Deal Hunter: EOFY offers from BMW, Jaguar, Mitsubishi, Skoda

More retail incentives from a couple of prestige names and two mainstream brands

BMW Australia is promoting its end of financial year (EOFY) incentives for 2021 through its dealer network, which is an innovative way of competing aggressively in the marketplace.

Importantly, it doesn’t send a signal that the brand is ‘slashing’ prices – which can be an unfortunate look for a prestige marque.

Buyers in the market for a BMW 7 Series, 8 Series or X7 can take advantage of finance for 3.99 per cent interest over a five-year period.

The BMW 218i Gran Coupe is selling for $56,900 on the road (inclusive of registration, stamp duty and compulsory third-party insurance) at 4.99 per cent interest over a five-year term. That deal also includes a $3000 enhancement pack, free servicing for five years/80,000km and five years’ roadside assistance.

Another EOFY deal sees the BMW 320i sedan going for $74,900 drive-away, incorporating standard M Sport and Visibility packs, five-year/80,000km free servicing and five years of roadside assistance, all at a finance interest rate of 4.49 per cent over a five-year term.

And there’s a very similar deal on the table for the BMW X3 sDrive20i as well, with 4.49 per cent interest charged for the finance on a drive-away price of $73,900, which pays for standard M Sport package, free scheduled servicing (five years/80,000km) and roadside assistance for five years.

Jaguar I-PACE EV

Jaguar is running an EOFY campaign covering every model in its local range, including the Jaguar I-PACE electric SUV.

Whether it’s the Jaguar E-PACE, F-PACE, I-PACE, F-TYPE, XE or XF, all models are covered by five years’ free scheduled servicing plus a standard five-year/unlimited-kilometre warranty.

Mitsubishi has announced an enormous selection of EOFY deals for 2021, including special-editions of the Mitsubishi ASX and Eclipse Cross SUVs.

The Japanese brand has pared back some of the on-road costs to just $1000 for the lower-grade variants of the Mitsubishi ASX, and as little as $200 for the Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross ES.

On-road costs for the Mitsubishi Outlander ES manual are capped at $500, all on-roads for the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport GLX are being absorbed, and just $100 extra is required for the drive-away price of the Mitsubishi Triton GLX dual-cab 4x4 diesel auto ute.

All models are covered by a 10-year warranty and 10-year capped-price servicing program, provided vehicles are serviced at Mitsubishi dealerships for the duration.

Lastly, Skoda is clearing stock of demonstrators around the country for its EOFY campaign.

But this is not all there is to EOFY campaigns. We’ll have more news from other brands tomorrow, and throughout the June selling frenzy…
