Deal hunter: Hyundai Staria Load targets ABN holders

The auto-equipped, one-tonne diesel-powered medium-sized van normally retails for $45,740 plus on-road costs, so there are savings here with Hyundai picking up all the on-road costs that typically include dealer delivery fees, stamp duty, registration and third-party insurance.
Similar savings for private buyers are also on offer this week from Kia and Mitsubishi.
The 2022 Kia Rio S automatic light car is one of the most affordable models in the Korean brand’s range, and becomes even more enticing with the latest deal that sees it priced at $22,990 drive-away.
That’s just a $1000 premium over the manufacturer’s recommended retail list price, so the savings are clear when you consider the on-road costs that would normally apply.
Standard equipment highlights include a six-speaker sound system, smartphone mirroring, voice recognition and power-adjustable mirrors.
It’s a similar story with the 2022 Mitsubishi ASX ES 2WD automatic, which normally retails for $27,240 plus on-road costs but is currently available for $28,740 drive-away.
That’s a great deal for the triple-diamond brand’s popular evergreen small SUV, which has plenty of standard equipment at this level including 18-inch alloys, folding door mirrors, cloth upholstery, LED headlights, tail-lights and daytime running lights, climate control air-conditioning, smartphone mirroring and DAB digital radio.
