Deal hunter: Mercedes-Benz Vito discount and finance offer

Plus free on-road costs for Mitsubishi Pajero Sport and Kia Cerato at a reduced drive-away price

We’re barely a fortnight into the new financial year, and already Mercedes-Benz is trotting out a tempting deal for commercial vehicle buyers.

Buy a Mercedes-Benz Vito 115CDI MWB van with auto transmission and you’ll pay nearly $1000 less than the manufacturer’s retail list price to get the vehicle on the road.

The normal price is $53,900, and the statutory charges (stamp duty, registration and compulsory third-party insurance) are payable on top of that.

But for a limited time you can drive out of the showroom for just $52,990.

In addition, Mercedes-Benz is offering finance at 2.99 per cent interest over a 48-month term, or 2.49 per cent for a 36-month contract.

Another enticing deal for buyers in July is the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport GLX with automatic.

Mitsubishi Australia is absorbing the on-road costs, so buyers can take delivery of the vehicle, fully registered and ready to roll for $47,490, which is the manufacturer’s retail list price.

Finally, the Kia Cerato Sport with automatic is selling for $27,990 on the road.

That’s just $400 more than the manufacturer’s retail list price, literally saving the buyer thousands, for either the sedan or hatchback variant.
