If you’ve a hankering for a six-cylinder rear-drive manual sports car, a sub-$50,000 Nissan 370Z could be just the thing to reward yourself with this Christmas.
Following a similar deal for the automatic version in October, the 2019 Nissan 370Z 50th Anniversary Coupe manual is now even more affordable at just $49,990 drive-away.
That’s not only $3500 less than the car’s normal recommended retail price ($53,490, excluding on-road costs), but also $500 less than the $50,490 RRP (again plus ORCs) of the standard MY20 370Z Coupe manual.
At the other end of the market is the 2019-built MY20 Volkswagen Amarok Core TDI420 automatic dual-cab 4x4 ute, which is now being offered for just $42,990 drive-away, and with a free Enduro Accessory Pack.
That’s $4600 less than the regular retail price ($47,590) before you add statutory charges like compulsory third-party insurance, registration and stamp duty.
It’s also $1600 less than the list price of the cheapest variant of the Volkswagen Amarok, all versions of which are now 4x4 dual-cabs, the entry-level TDI400 Core manual ($44,590 plus ORCs).
What’s more, Volkswagen is offering finance based on a 6.99% p/a comparison rate.
Finally this week, the MY21 Hyundai Tucson Active 2WD 2.0-litre petrol auto is being offered for $31,990 drive-away – less than the normal $32,140 list price before you add ORCs – and Hyundai dealers will even thrown in a $750 bonus.
