Finding a car that represents sensible buying in the current market is no easy task. Prices for popular vehicles are through the roof, due to burgeoning demand and crippled supply.
But the Suzuki Vitara Turbo is setting the pace for value and affordability, with Suzuki Australia offering the flagship variant in its small soft-roader range for just $32,990 on the road.
Given the manufacturer’s retail list price for this model is $32,490, that means buyers will pay just $500 more to drive out the door.
Suzuki is covering all the stamp duty, registration and third-party insurance for just $500 out of the buyer’s pocket.
It’s a lot of car for the money, but unfortunately the deal is not available in Northern New South Wales or Queensland, where the Suzuki product line is handled by a different distributor.
When a small SUV won’t do, though, how about a one-tonne dual-cab 4x4 ute at a cracking price?
The Mitsubishi Triton GLX-R 4x4 dual-cab pick-up (diesel and auto) is selling for just $44,690 drive-away.
That’s inclusive of the on-road costs for $1250 less than the advertised manufacturer’s retail list price. With that sort of deal, how could you go wrong?
Finally, the popular BMW 320i M Sport sedan is available at a price of $74,900 drive-away.
Included in the price is the Visibility Package worth $4100, the statutory on-road charges, free scheduled servicing for five years or 80,000km, and a finance offer.
You would normally pay $70,900 for the manufacturer’s retail list price of the car.
Just a reminder, too – there are plenty of other deals this month, but there’s now less than two weeks remaining to grab an EOFY bargain.
