Last year marked the 50th anniversary milestone for the ‘Z’ line of Nissan sports cars, which kicked off with the highly treasured 240Z.
To celebrate the occasion, the company built a number of commemorative models based on the current Nissan 370Z. There are still some coupe models remaining to be sold, with manual transmission. Nissan dealers will let you have one for just $49,990, drive-away. Normally this car retails for $53,490 before the on-road costs, so there’s a saving of $3500 without even considering the further saving on registration, stamp duty and compulsory third-party insurance.
It’s a great piece of history at an affordable price.
Volkswagen is also slashing the price of a particular variant in the Amarok range. The Volkswagen Amarok 4x2 TDI420 dual-cab with automatic transmission usually sells for $39,990 before the on-road costs, but 2019-plated models are currently on offer for $5000 below that price – $34,990 – and Volkswagen is covering the on-road costs as well.
Finally, $500 has been knocked off the price of the Renault Koleos Intens 4x4 automatic, and the importer has absorbed the on-road costs also, as well as throwing in a warranty extended to seven years.
