Dealers win Carsales award

The Carsales 2009 Dealer of the Year awards have been run and won, with a dealer in New South Wales taking out the top prize for the second year running.

While Illawarra Special Vehicles of New South Wales got the gong for the 2009 Dealer of the Year, there were plenty of other accolades handed out.

The best of the best car dealers scored votes via the collective feedback gathered in the 24 hour and 14 day Carsales Network customer surveys and the results were tallied via various criteria, such as average dealer response time, ‘customers contacted’ ratio, closing ratio and overall customer experience ranking.

The national winner, Illawarra Special Vehicles, received a $10,000 Carsales.com.au prize pack along with widespread recognition various newsletters, both industry based and public. Each state winner gets similar recognition and a $2,000 Carsales.com.au product package.
