Ford Performance Vehicles has announced a series of running changes for the company's F6 range, centered around the Euro IV-compliant turbocharged inline six.
Other than the changes to the engine itself, already previewed in the Ford Falcon XR6 Turbo range, the upgraded F6 features additional brand identification on the steering wheel, dashboard and key fob. All variants come with a new design of build plate and the stealthy F6 E is now fitted as standard with Alpine Silver multi-spoke alloy wheels (pictured).
"FPV's models are constantly evolving, we are always striving to give our cars a unique personality and a presence that we know appeals to our buyers," FPV General Manager Rod Barrett was quoted as saying in a press release.
"The compliance with EuroIV has given us the opportunity to introduce these running changes, without affecting cost to our customers.
"And this is just a forerunner, of course ... we also have a very exciting new range of V8 models coming later in the year."
The turbo six variants (including the F6 Ute) are on sale now.
