After a prolonged teaser campaign, myriad leaks and development spy shots, the 2023 Ferrari Purosangue will make its long-awaited world debut tonight.
And to celebrate the occasion, Ferrari has released one final preview of its looming V12-powered SUV.
The Prancing Horse has posted a 14-second clip to its social media channels showing off the Purosangue’s engine note, internals, lighting signature and alloy wheel design.

There’s also snippets of dusty Tuscan laneways – a direct nod to the uber-crossover’s more versatile capabilities – as well as graphics underlining its identity as the latest Ferrari V12 and a supercar designed for “those who live without compromise”.
That waling V12 will more than likely be an evolution of the Ferrari 812 Superfast’s free-breathing 6.5-litre unit and will drive all four wheels via a dual-clutch automatic transmission.
No power outputs or performance claims have been released ahead of its unveiling, but expect the Purosangue to stand tall next to rivals such as the Lamborghini Urus Performante and Aston Martin DBX707.
However, unlike the Raging Bull and high-riding Bondmobile, Ferrari’s first SUV/crossover will not be dedicated volume-selling model. It’s expected to only account for up to 20 per cent of the brand’s annual sales.
The reveal of the Purosangue will take place at 3:00am AEST tonight (7pm CEST) in Europe.
An all-paw hatchback/shooting brake is hardly new territory for the Maranello marque – it crossed the bridge more than a decade ago with the release of the Ferrari FF, which was later superseded by the Ferrari GTC4Lusso.
But a dedicated high-rider is truly unchartered waters.
While the Purosangue will debut with a free-breathing V12, a smaller force-fed V8 or even an electrified V6 powertrain is tipped to join the line-up somewhere along the lines thanks to its new electrification- and all-wheel-drive-friendly platform that will serve as the basis for all forthcoming Ferrari GT cars.
