Move over DreamWorld on the Gold Goast, here comes Ferrari World on Yas Island, due to open in 2010.
Located in Abu Dhabi, the incredible structure's roof spans 200,000 square metres and was inspired by the classic double curve side profile of the Ferrari GT body.
Various attractions and features located within the futuristic Ferrari World will include the world's fastest rollercoaster, travelling at speeds exceeding 200km/h, state-of-the-art racing simulators, and Ferrari fan-boys can even take a flume ride through the heart of a Ferrari 599 engine (without oil, we presume).
There will also be driving and racing schools for junior drivers, a 62 metre high G-force thrill ride and an aerial voyage over Italy following a Ferrari is another of the rides at the monstrous Middle Eastern theme park. All told, there will be "20 state-of-the-art attractions".
For patrons who don't like adrenaline pumping rides, there's also large areas dedicated to shopping, where you can be sure to find Ferrari merchandise along with racing memorabilia.
Foodies will also be interested in Italian-inspired cuisine at two dedicated restaurants, which offer made-to-order pizzas and pastas and "an array of international dishes to satisfy all tastes". There is also accommodation and entertainment, meaning you don't have to leave the complex for your entire holiday.
The Ferrari World theme part is located on Yas Island, the same island on which the new Yas Marina F1 Circuit is found. Aldar Properties PJSC owns the massive theme park, and is Abu Dhabi's leading property development, management and investment company.
No mention of admission prices yet, but you can assume it will set you back more than a visit to The Big Banana in Coffs Harbour.
