Fiat importer Ateco is teaming up with Virgin Blue to offer significant incentives to step into a new Ritmo or Punto.
The offer, which runs until May 31 this year, gifts Ritmo or Punto buyers with 100,000 Virgin Blue Velocity points, as well as a carbon dioxide emissions offset for the period of the three-year new-car warranty.
On top of that, they will also go into a draw to win 25 million Velocity points -- enough, according to Fiat's local press officer, to go into space courtesy of Virgin founder Richard Branson's bold Virgin Galactic off-planet enterprise.
The points earned during the promotion can be used on other airlines including Emirates or Hawaiian Airlines, or to purchase other products or services through Virgin Blue.
100,000 Velocity points are enough to buy two return tickets from Sydney to Fiji or pay for ten flights from Melbourne to Sydney.
There are some limitations: The vehicle must be purchased in the Velocity member's name; a maximum of three cars may be purchased per annum, and the offer cannot be used in conjunction with other Fiat sales offers.
